1. Who is responsible for your data

Peak ASO is operated by Yacine Kahlis, operating as YK Labs (a sole proprietorship), based in Québec City, Québec, Canada. Yacine Kahlis, operating as YK Labs, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the data controller). Québec enterprise number (NEQ): 2282654385. 2. What we collect

  • Account data — your e-mail and name, handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. We never see or store your password.
  • Workspace data — the apps, keywords, countries, competitors and metadata drafts you configure, plus the measurements the service computes for them.
  • Connected credentials — if you connect Apple Search Ads, the identifiers and private key you provide, encrypted at rest and used only to call Apple's API for you.
  • Technical logs — standard request logs (time, route, status) kept for operating and securing the service.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data, to anyone.
  • We do not read another tenant's workspace into yours: every query is scoped to your account.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

4. Shared, anonymous measurements

A measurement of public App Store data — for example, the top results for "boxing timer" in the US — is not personal to anyone. To respect Apple's rate limits, such results may be cached briefly and reused across accounts that ask the same public question. Nothing about you travels with them.

5. Where the data lives

The database is hosted on Supabase and the application on Vercel. Authentication is provided by Clerk. Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

6. Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept while your account exists so that histories (rankings, visibility) stay useful. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your workspace, your credentials and your API keys. Revoking an API key or disconnecting Apple Search Ads takes effect immediately.
