1. Who we are

Peak ASO is operated by Yacine Kahlis, operating as YK Labs (a sole proprietorship), based in Québec City, Québec, Canada. YK Labs is the trade name of Yacine Kahlis. Québec enterprise number (NEQ): 2282654385. In these terms, "we", "us" and "YK Labs" mean Yacine Kahlis, operating as YK Labs. You can reach us at support@peak-aso.com.

2. The service

Peak ASO is an App Store Optimization workspace: keyword tracking, ranking history, competitor monitoring, review analysis, metadata drafting and Apple Search Ads reporting, computed from the App Store's public data and, where you connect them, from your own Apple accounts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
One person per account. You may not share, sell or transfer an account.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — including automated scraping of it, attempts to access other tenants' data, or usage patterns that degrade the service for others.

4. API keys and connected accounts

API keys you create act with your full account permissions. Treat them as passwords; revoke any key you no longer use.
If you connect Apple Search Ads, you authorize Peak ASO to call Apple's API on your behalf with the credentials you provide. Your private key is encrypted at rest and used only for that purpose.
Campaigns created through Peak ASO are created in a paused state; enabling spend is always your own action, in Apple's console or through an explicit control.

5. The data

Popularity, difficulty, opportunity and download figures are estimates computed from public data. They are decision aids, not audited numbers, and carry no warranty of accuracy.
App Store content (app names, icons, reviews) belongs to Apple and the respective developers; Peak ASO displays it for research purposes.
Some anonymous measurements (public search results for a keyword and storefront) are cached and may be shared across accounts. Your own configuration — apps, keywords, competitors, drafts, credentials — is never shared.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features may change. We depend on Apple's public endpoints, which can change or rate-limit without notice; degraded data freshness for such reasons is not a breach of these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of the estimates Peak ASO displays — including advertising spend in Apple Search Ads campaigns you enable. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
